We were very lucky to secure The Jitterbugs for our annual community event, Australia Day Celebrations Carss Bush Park 2011. Their communication throughout the process was fantastic. They were also able to provide all the professional documentation we required as a pre-requiste to engaging their services without fuss. ST IVES SHOPPING VILLAGE
During the recent April NSW School Holidays The Jitterbugs performed two high energy shows over 3 days at St Ives Shopping Village. Their colourful characters and energetic young performers kept the crowds enthralled and delighted.
We had strong attendance at all shows and this translated into full capacity participants in other activities offered in the centre before and after the shows.
We believe that it was the attraction of The Jitterbugs that brought the crowds into the centre. Customers from outside of our traditional trading zone came "Just for The Jitterbugs".
Ellen and her crew were highly professional adopting their performance to suit the environment and the audience. Ellen made sure that two distinct shows were performed each day to encourage the audience to stay until the next show. This tactic worked very well with strong attendances of over 100 at each show. More importantly the residual impact at our retailers (especially food and beverages) was noticed with increased activity in the adjacent food court between shows.
St Ives Shopping Village will definitely be booking The Jitterbugs again for next year's program of holiday entertainment.

Thank you so much to the fabulous Bugs from the Jitterbugs – you made our end of year celebration a night to remember!! Children young and not so young had a ball – dancing, singing and generally having a great time. It was certainly a hit with the parents, giving us all the urge to get up and dance along too! It was so refreshing to have an Entertainment Group that didn’t cost the earth, and did what the website said they were going to do, the entire time they were there!! The face painting also went down a treat with some of the little ones not wanting to bath when they got home .. so as not to wash it off! I will certainly be looking to book the ‘Jitterbugs’ again for any function at all!

Thank you so much for a wonderful day. Your services have been the best way to keep the kiddies happy and interested at our function. The jitterbugs were fantastic and the kids had a great time. The feedback I got back not only from the parents but from the kids was overwhelming. The adults were also surprised at themselves as they also participated in dancing and activities, some even got into it more than the kids. But overall, it was a great day and my wife Roula and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful performance you put on at Oliver’s christening.

Your care and practical support in addressing Kingsley's special needs was greatly appreciated. You sending us a copy of your DVD well in advance of the party allowed Kingsley to become familiar with the "Jitterbugs" well before the party and I have never seen him enjoy himself more. Due to his autism he is generally a "loner" but you and Jessie the beautiful butterfly worked hard to ensure he was always entertained and in the thick of things. We broadcast the Classic Hits 2WS breakfast show once a month from a different school around Sydney… we call it Back To School Friday and I must say that “The Jitterbugs” have been a great additive to all our shows. The Jitterbugs performed at Darling Harbour on Australia Day 2000 to a capacity crowd of all ages, who were totally entertained and thrilled by their performance. In a time where there is an abundance of very ordinary, patronising and mostly derivative children’s entertainment, I was delightfully surprised by the very original, highly energetic and very entertaining performance. Their show is a very polished show performed by eight extremely dedicated performers and their costumed friends who have an undeniable talent for entertaining children. The Jitterbugs brought in the crowds with their “Get Up & Go” show At Winston Hills Mall during January, 2006.

BOOROWA IRISH WOOLFEST
I would just like to thank the Jitterbugs for a wonderful performance at the Irish Woolfest in October 2008. It was the feature event of the show and as such had to achieve a very high performance standard. The Jitterbugs was a show that entranced little children, bigger siblings, parents and grandparents with their colour and energy. The show also encouraged the children to participate which they did enthusiastically. The Irish Woolfest is a major regional event that attracts up to 15000 visitors from all over the country and many from Canberra and we are proud of the fact that we engage very professional performers for the event to entertain the family market.
